Easy to Fold

They are simple to carry, lift and store away and are ideal when you can't or do not want to take your full-size pram for whatever reason (traveling via plane, traveling to in a foreign country, or visiting grandma). They often aren't as well-equipped as an all-inclusive stroller, but they should provide the basic features you require like a sun canopy and storage.
The most recent version of the UPPAbaby G-Link 2 is lighter and narrower than the predecessor, and has a more efficient front wheel that increases maneuverability and pushability. It's an excellent option for a double travel stroller--and it's Disney-approved!
A double tri-fold stroller like the Joovy Kooper X2, offers all the convenience of a stroller with an umbrella, but in a body that's similar in size to a regular full-size stroller. This type of stroller is quickly replacing the traditional double umbrella, and might be the best choice for a flexible lightweight stroller for travel.
The majority of double umbrella strollers we recommend are side-by-side models. The exception is the Kinderwagon Hop, a tandem umbrella stroller that's lightweight and easy to fold (though it's also a bit small in width). If you're looking to buy a cheap simple, basic, no-frills double umbrella stroller that you can throw in your back pack or trunk for quick trips, we strongly recommend this one. It includes two storage bags that hang from the bag on the back of each seat, and cup holders for the parents. It's so bare bones that it's unlikely to help your children get through an airport without making them cranky--but it will to make the trip more comfortable.
Comfortable Seats
The majority of umbrella strollers don't come with much in the way of bells and whistles because they're made to do one thing: get two kids from point A to B. That means they usually offer seats that are spacious and comfortable, but don't have reclining options or wheels that are all-terrain.

It has a great suspension, a large three-panel canopy that is able to shield children from the sun and plenty of storage space in both seats, though not quite as much as our top picks. It also comes with the essential 5-point safety harnesses in both seats as well as windows that peek out in their canopy.
A downside of the G-Link is that it lacks the belly bar and snack tray that we love to see in our top picks, however they aren't the most important features to have on an umbrella stroller, anyway. As with any umbrella stroller, it needs to be handled with care so that fingers - whether your own or a child's--don't get trapped in the hinges of the frame that fold and mechanisms.
